Pictures from the Border Route Trail...
Just back last night from a few days on the North Shore of Lake Superior. I pulled together a couple of really solid day hikes on two spurs of the Border Route Trail - the South Lake Trail and the Caribou Rock Trail.
All-in-all a very good trip and I was able to test out some gear, sample a few menu items and really push my body to its limit - the latter was humbling, but better to learn now than in 5 weeks. Time to shift into training overdrive.
